Dixie has a strong foundation and a firm belief in providing quality service on all of the machines we sell. We have a service department staffed with factory-trained service engineers, with vast experience on all of our product lines. Each of our service engineers drives a full sized van stocked with the necessary tools to “get the job done”.

Each machine is thoroughly inspected and tested for quality assurance before it leaves our showroom. Our service engineers also install a variety of options such as digital readout systems, power feeds, power drawbars, collet closers, etc.

Dixie's service staff provides full training for customers on all of our CNC and automated machine tool products.

Our service department also includes a large spare parts inventory and a full-time parts manger to ensure quick delivery of parts when needed.
